About us
Braza Grill was founded in April 2004 by Junior Lopes, a Brazilian native who came to the United States in the early 1990s with a passion to share the food, traditions, and hospitality of Brazil.
Built around the traditional churrascaria experience, Braza serves fire-grilled meats carved tableside by our gauchos, including our signature picanha, tender cuts of beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and our guest-favorite grilled pineapple and grilled cheese. Guests can also enjoy our full salad and hot bar, Brazilian sides, gluten-free pão de queijo, brazilian limeades, caipirinhas, Golly Guaraná, and specialty desserts.
As a family-run restaurant, Braza is meant to feel warm, welcoming, and memorable, whether you are here for a casual meal, date night, family dinner, private party, or celebration.
